摘要
以糖厂、酒精厂副产物杂醇油为原料醇，经脱水及简单蒸馏后，在强酸树脂的催化作用下与邻苯二甲酸酐反应，合成了外观为浅黄色透明的邻苯二甲酸混合酯。通过正交试验得出其最佳条件，并对产物作了ＩＲ，ＧＣ分析和理化性能检验。
After dehydration and distillation,the fusel oil is reacted with phthalic anhydride to synthesis phthalic mixed ester by strong acidic canon ion excharge resin as catalyst.The optimum synthesis condition of esterification was found by orthogonal desing.The production of reduced pressure distillation was analysed with IR,GC and studied by physical chemistry property.
