该文对城市多路交叉口的形成原因、产生的问题、治理措施进行了论述,并以上海市静安区乌鲁木齐北路-愚园路五路交叉口的交通治理改善设计为例,阐述了城市多路交叉口交通治理的实施及改善,可提高交叉口的通行能力和服务水平,保障交通通行安全。

The article discusses the forming reasons,producing problems and harnessing measures of the urban multi-road intersections,and taking the design of the traffic harnessing and improvement of five-road intersections from Wulumuqi Road(N)to Yuyuan Road in Jing'an District of Shanghai as an example,sets forth the implementation of the traffic harnessing at the urban multi-road intersections and their improvement so as to enhance the traffic capacity and service level of the intersections and to ensure the traffic safety.
