该文以南京经济技术开发区尧新广场交叉口改造设计为例,首先介绍了对环形交叉口通行能力进行量化评价的方法;其次对如何将环形交叉口改造为信号灯控制的十字交叉口的设计原则及方法进行了重点阐述;最后,对尧新广场交叉口改造后的实际运行效果及有待改善之处也进行了相应的分析和探讨。

Taking the rebuilding design of the intersection at Yaoxin Square in Nanjing Economical Technical Development Zone as an example,the article firstly introduces the method to carry out the quantized evaluation of the traffic capacity at the ring intersections,secondarily focus the exposition of the design principle and the method to how to rebuild the ring intersections into the crisscross intersections controlled by the signal lights,and finally carries out the relative analysis and discussion of the practical operation result and the improvement to be awaited after rebuilding the intersections at Yaoxin Square.
