摘要
对DNS法测定玉米秸秆中总糖的各影响因素进行了深入探讨,确定最佳条件:检测波长530nm,显色剂用量1.5mL,沸水浴中保持5min。当水解总糖所用盐酸浓度为6mol/L时,所测总糖主要包括淀粉多糖及寡糖等所水解的还原糖,不包括纤维素等水解的还原糖。
The experiment studied on the optimum conditions for 3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid colorimitry. We discussed the wavelength, dosage of chromogenic, and coloring time, which have effect on the result. According to the experiment, the above factors were determined as 530 nm, 1.5 mL and 5 min respectively. The total sugar is mainly water-soluble total sugar as the concentration of hydrochloric acid is at 6 mol/L.
