摘要
对β-谷甾醇与琥珀酸酐的反应进行了研究,并对反应生成的酯化产物采用RP-HPLC、FT-IR、HUMR以及MS进行了分析表征。分析测定结果表明,在实验条件下β-谷甾醇与琥珀酸酐反应生成产物为甾醇琥珀酸单酯,反应产率为98%以上。
Reaction products were characterized by FT-IR, HUMR, MS and RP-HPLC in the reaction process of β-sitosterol with succinic anhydride. It was confirmed that β-sitosterol hemisuccinate were the reaction products and the yield reached 98 % under the experimental condition.
