摘要
利用紫外光解法处理牛奶、酸奶样品,对光照时间、光照强度、氧化剂配比和用量等条件进行了研究,并对光消解样品和湿法消解样品测定结果进行了对比。结果表明:光照60min左右能将牛奶、酸奶样品消解完全,此方法与湿式消解法处理样品所测结果不存在显著性差异。
The ultraviolet photolysis-ion-selective electrodes method was established for the determination of K and Ca in pure and acidophilus milk. The irradiation time, irradiation intensity and quantity of oxidant was studied. At the same time, a comparative experiment with routine wet digestion methods also was made. The results showed that: the milk can be digested completely not more than 1 hour, the results of the two methods have no evident difference.
