牛磺酸对荷S_（180）小鼠的抑瘤作用

THE INHIBITION EFFECT OF TAURINE ON S 180 SARCOMA MICE

①目的研究牛磺酸对Ｓ１８０肉瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及对肿瘤化疗的协同效应。②方法将小鼠分为饮水（对照组）和牛磺酸（实验组）两组，各组又分为不予治疗和进行化疗两组。接种Ｓ１８０肉瘤后，观察小鼠的存活时间、肉瘤大小及抑瘤率，并观察牛磺酸的抑瘤作用及与化疗是否具有协同效应。③结果在接种肿瘤后，对照组的存活时间与瘤重分别为１８．７±５．６ｄ和４．５４±２．４０ｇ，实验组则分别为３５．７±２３．７ｄ及２．４４±３．３３ｇ．在接种瘤细胞的第２天，腹腔一次性注射环磷酰胺后，对照组生存天数和瘤重分别为２９．８±１２．３ｄ和４．１７±３．２ｇ，而实验组生长到６１ｄ时仍无死亡者，也未见到肉眼肿块，两组间差异有极显著性（ｔ＝７．６２，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论牛磺酸能抑制肿瘤的生长，对化疗效果有协同效应。

Objective To study the inhibition function of taurine on S 180 sarcoma and its synergistic effect with chemotherapy. Method Two groups of mice: control group(feeding water), taurine group(1% taurine in drinking water) were used for the study. After vaccinating S 180 sarcoma, each group was further divided into untreated subgroup and chemotherapy subgroup. The survival period, tumor weight, tumor inhibition rate were investigated. the synergistic effect of taurine with chemotherapy was discussed. Result After vaccinating S 180 sarcoma, the survival period and the weight of tumor of the control group were 18.7±5.6d, 4.54±2.40g respectively, that in the taurine group were 35.72±3.7d, 2.44±3.33g respectively. With chemotherapy, the survival period and weight of the tumor in the control group were 29.80±12.3d and 4.17±3.2g. In taurine group, no death of mice happened after 61 days, no gross mass was seen. There were significant differences between the two groups( t=7.62, P <0 01). Conclusion Taurine had tumor inhibition function on the S 100 sarcoma mice, and obvious synergistic effect with chemotherapy.
