复方丹参和苓桂术甘汤对缺氧所致心钠素和抗利尿激素释放的影响 被引量:6

EFFECTS OF CHINESE MATERIA MEDICA ON THE RELEASE OF ANP AND ADH INDUCED BY ACUTE HYPOXIA

摘要 ①目的寻找特异性地影响心钠素(ANP)与抗利尿激素(ADH)释放的药物。②方法采用急性缺氧动物模型,观察中药复方丹参和苓桂术甘汤对ANP与ADH释放及肺指数的影响。实验分为常氧对照组和急性缺氧组,后者包括未用药组、复方丹参组和苓桂术甘汤组。③结果未用药组缺氧后ANP和ADH均有明显升高(t1=1.916,t2=2.301,P均<0.05);复方丹参组和苓桂术甘汤组缺氧后ANP下降(t1=2.402,t2=2.090,P均<0.05)。该两组与未用药组相比较有显著变化(t1=2.565,t2=2.144,P均<0.05)。两用药组缺氧后血浆ADH与缺氧前比较无显著变化,但明显低于未用药组(t1=1.935,t2=2.115,P均<0.05)。未用药组肺指数较常氧对照组明显升高(t=3.029,P<0.01),复方丹参组和苓桂术甘汤组肺指数显著低于未用药组(t1=3.645,t2=3.375,P均<0.01)。④结论复方丹参和苓桂术甘汤可抑制急性缺氧所致的ANP和ADH的释放。 Objective To look for a substance which can affect specifically the release of ANP and ADH. Method The rabbit hypoxia model was used to observe the effect of Chinese materia medica on the release of ANP and ADH and lung index. The rabbits were divided into control and hypoxia groups, the latter group was further divided into untreated group, multiorrhizae group and ling gui zhu gan group. Result After being exposed to hypoxia for 24h, the plasma ANP and ADH were increased in untreated group( t 1=1.916,t 2=2.301,P <0 05). In multiorrhizae group and ling gui zhu gan group, ANP level was lower than in control group( t 1=2.402,,t 2=2.090,P <0 05) and untreated group ( t 1=2.565,,t 2=2.144,P <0 05). The plasma ADH level had no change after hypoxia exposure, but much lower than untreated group( t 1=1.935,t 2=2.090,P <0 05) and untreated group ( t 1=2.565,t 2=2.144,P <0 05). The plasma ADH level had no change after hypoxia exposure, but much lower than untreated group( t 1=1.935,t 2=2.155,P <0 05). The lung index in untreated group was greater than in multiorrhizae group and ling gui zhu gan group ( t 1=3.029,t 2=3.375,t 2=3.645,P <0 01). Conclusion The Chinese materia medica multiorrhizae and ling gui zhu gan could inhibit the release of ANP and ADH induced by acute hypoxia exposure.
