Comparison on Journal Education Resources Between Chinese and America College

中国开设新闻院系或新闻专业的高等院校已不下百余所,作为培养新闻记者、编辑、媒体经营管理者的主要力量,这些高校新闻院系的毕业生广泛分布在中国各个层次、各个地区、各种形式的媒体中,他们的个人素质、工作态度、报道能力与中国新闻业的发展休戚相关。从某种意义上说,中国各大高校培育出的新闻专业人才,都将在中国新闻业的改革与发展的实践中留下深深的烙印。美国的新闻业有一大批影响世界舆论的主流媒体,这不仅是因为美国具有强大的经济政治实力和相对宽松自由的新闻体制,同时与美国高校培养新闻人才的理念、机制、途径是分不开的。正是因为美国有着极其丰富的新闻教育资源,才培养了一大批一流的新闻人才,造就了美国新闻业今天的地位。本文从高校新闻教育资源的角度选取了一些具有典型性和代表性的指标和数据,对中美两国高校新闻教育各个层面的资源进行对比,并就两国高校在新闻教育中的差异和产生这种差异的原因进行说明和分析。本文还就如何加强和完善中国高校新闻教育资源提出了一些自己的观点。

There are hundreds of colleges of journalism or journalism departments in China nowadays as a primary way to train reporter, editor or media manager. There are many graduates worked in TV, newspaper and radio station in any levels of almost every areas. The future of China media has been concerned about their personal quality, attitude and ability. So the history and future of China media was controlled by the education reform of colleges of journalism in China. Many important media in America express their points of view in the world. The states both caused by the powerful economy, free news＇ broadcasting system and the education principle ＆ mechanism of colleges of joumalism in the USA. The success of American media attributed to the plentiful resources in education of journalism. The thesis first contrast the present condi- tions between China and America and enumerated some representative index and datas. Then the thesis give the explanation in differences of the two contries. The thesis also give some advices to improve the situation of colleges of journalism＇ s resources in China.
