张家山汉简《二年律令》是西汉初年的法律辑录,较系统地反应了汉初适用刑法的若干原则,其中规定对触犯皇权、群盗犯罪、背反人伦以及官吏违法等犯罪行为予以从重或加重惩处。

The Two - year Laws of Zhangjiashan Bamboo Slips of Han Dynasty is the collection of codes of the early Western Han Dynasty, which reflected some principles for criminal punishment laws in the early Han Dynasty systematically. In these principles of criminal punishment, some crimes would be severer punished, such as offend the imperial power, violation of human relations, crime of group theft, and crimes committed by officials.
