摘要
在100℃稀硝酸介质中及活化剂联吡啶存在条件下,痕量钛(Ⅳ)对过氧化氢氧化甲基橙褪色这一缓慢反应具有很强的催化作用。用自来水冷却中止反应,采用高效液相色谱检测甲基橙浓度的变化,建立了一个测定0.8ng/mL~60ng/mL钛的高效液相色谱新方法,并用于试样分析。
Under the conditions of 0. 03 mol/L HNO3-5. 0×10-4 mol/L 2, 2'-bipyridine (as an activator) at 100℃, Ti (IV) had strong catalytic effect on the decolour reaction between methyl orange and H2O2. The UV-detector for HPLC was chosen to monitor the changes in concentration of methyl orange in the reaction system.A novel catalytic reaction-HPLC method for the determination of 0. 8ng/mL ̄60ng/mL Ti was described by the fixed-reaction time procedure.Titanium in human hair samples was analysed with good results.
