摘要
中国在联合国工业发展组织（ＵＮＩＤ）的推动下举办了“＇９５中国图们江地区投资贸易洽谈会”，该会共提出了１１６个对外招商项目．基于国际投资引力理论［１，２］和模糊评价技术［３］，本文构造了一个具有１２个指标、三级指标体系的投资评价模型。旨在对这些投资项目进行评价和分析．
Funded by UNIDO,'China Tumen River Area Investmant' was held in 1995.In the investmant,116 investment projects were proposed.Based on the theory of international investment Attracting Force and the technology of Fuzzy Evaluation,an investment evaluation model is developed which consists of 12 standards in three layers in order to evaluate and analyze the projects.
