摘要
负荷不均匀和生产能力的瓶颈多变,是单件小批订货型企业生产计划工作的难点。MRPII、JIT等现代计划体系均难以在这类企业中很好应用。本文针对这类企业生产的特点,在充分吸收MRPII、JIT、SMS、OPT及传统计划方法的优点基础上,设计了一套解决这类企业生产计划的体系模型──关键资源计划法。
Loading unbalance and varied bottlenecks of productive capacity are difficult points in multi- product and jobshop category enterprise scheduling works. It is difficult to use modern planning methods, such as MRP E, JIT, SMS for that. In this paper, a new system,named Bottleneck Resource Planning Method(BRPM), for this category enterprise is established which incorporate the merits of MRP Ⅱ, JIT SMS, OPT and traditional methods etc.
