Analysis of the Final Examination Paper of Gynecology & Obstetrics for Year 2000 Students Majoring in Clinical Medicine

为了衡量学生对知识的掌握程度、检验教学效果,不断提高教学质量,对我校2002级5年制临床医学专业妇产科学期末考试试卷进行了分析,结果提示,试题难度及区分度合适,大部分学生对重点难点知识掌握较好,但基本知识掌握的较差,少数民族学生的成绩大多数都不及格,发现了学生及教学中存在的问题.

This article analyzes the final examination paper of gynecology ＆ obstetrics for year 2000 students majoring in clinical medicine in order to understand the students＇ mastering of knowledge, assess teaching effects, and ultimately improve the quality of our teaching. The results indicate that the difficulty and differentiation degree of the test paper was appropriate, and that most students showed strength in grasping the difficult and key points of the course contents, but inadequacy in the basic knowledge. In addition, most of the minority students failed the test. The analysis revealed problems of the students and teaching.
