Psychosocial Factors that Affect the Health Status of Intern Nurses

目的研究生活事件、社会支持、应对方式、自尊在维护实习护士健康中的作用.方法通过整群抽样,用自测健康评定量表、青少年生活事件量表、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表、自尊量表调查了济南市6所三级甲等综合医院的304名实习护士.结果负性生活事件是心理健康的最强预测指标,预测力为10.2%,其次是消极应对和自尊,预测力分别为55%和5.0%.积极应对方式是社会健康的最强预测指标,预测力为20.0%,其次是对支持的利用度和自尊,预测力分别为4.8%和3.0%.结论负性生活事件对健康总分影响最大.积极的应对方式对社会健康的影响最大,其次是对支持的利用度.自尊在维护心理健康和社会健康中也起着一定的作用.

Objective To study the effects of life events, social support, means of coping and self-esteem on intern nurses＇ psychological health, Methods Through cluster ,sampling, 304 intern nurses from 6 first-rate general hospitals in Jinan City, were surveyed with the Self-rated Health Measurement Scale （SRHMS）, Adolescent Self-Rated Life Events Check List （ASLEC）, the Coping Scale, the Social Support Rating Scale （SCSQ） and the Self-esteem Scale, Results Negative life events were the most important predictor of psychological health, with the predicting value of 10.2 %. Passive coping and self-esteem could predict 5.5 % and 5,0% of the variance. Positive coping was the most important predictor of ,social health, and it could predict 20.0% of the variance. The utilization of social support and self-esteem could predict 4.8% and 3.0% of the variance. Conclusion Negative life events have the most important effect on health status. Positive coping has the most important effect on psychological health and social health, followed by the utilization of social support. Self-esteem aiso affects psychological heath and .social health.
