摘要
我院自1995年开始实行临床医学本科毕业实习生撰写毕业论文的制度,着重培养医学生的综合素质与科研能力.以撰写毕业论文为主线,以临床科研为突破口,力求带动学生其他非智力因素的全面提升.我院为每位学生确定1名论文指导教师,安排医学科研论文撰写及文献检索等方面的讲座,组织毕业论文评审并举办论文汇报会.经过10年的实践和探索,取得了较为满意的效果.学生论文频频获奖,学生的思维能力得到发展,创新意识和科研能力得到进一步提高,对指导教师的科研水平和责任意识也起到了促进作用,实现了教学相长.
Since 1995 our hospital has been practicing a system that each clinical undergraduate intern should write a graduation thesis in the hope that they could improve their comprehensive capacity and researching ability. Focusing mainly on writing theses, this system helps make breakthrough in scientific research and upgrade other non-intellectual factors. The hospital appointed for every intern a faculty adviser, arranged lectures on medical paper writing and literature retrieval, appraised those graduation theses, and held meetings for interns to report their theses. After ten-year practice and exploration, this system has achieved satisfying results. Many of those theses won prizes; the interns' thinking and researching ability and sense of innovativeness have been further enhanced. At the same time, it has improved the faculty advisers' scientific research level and their sense of responsibility. Thus, it has benefited both teaching and learning.
