摘要
评价青年教师课堂教学质量取决于青年教师教学水平及评委评判水平。
Evaluating the quality of young teacher′s classroom teaching depends on judges′ level as well as young teacher′s teaching level.In this paper,we analyzed the level of judges according as judges scored contestants in 94 Shanxi Medical College Young Teachers′ classroom teaching view and emulation.
