非比例过载对低周疲劳寿命的影响

摘要 低周疲劳研究结果表明:当周期性非比例过载的最大正应力面与常幅载荷的最大剪应力面取向接近或一致时,或前者最大剪应力面与后者最大正应力面取向一致时,由于疲劳裂纹扩展第Ⅰ阶段向第Ⅱ阶段转变的提前发生,将导致累计疲劳寿命明显下降。 Low cycle fatigue experimental results show that : fatigue life can be shortened obviously,if transferring of fatigue crack growth from stage I to stage II becomes earlier. These situations will happen in following cases: (1)as the direction of maximum normal stress plane incyclic non-proportional overloads is close to or coincident with the direction of the maximum shear plane for normal cycles, or in reverse, i.e.(2)as the direction of maximum shear plane in overloads is coincident with the direction of maximum normal stress plane in the other cycles.
