终端预报控制在磨削加工中的应用研究

摘要 介绍了自适应终端预报控制的基本原理,以3MZ201A/I微型轴承内孔磨床的加工实测数据进行了系统建模和仿真分析,并以8098单片机为主控制器研制了二阶CAR模型的终端预报控制硬件系统和软件,从仿真和模拟运算的结果说明,应用终端预报控制的方法,可使原机床的控制具有一定的自适应能力,从而改善原机床的加工精度。 This paper introduces the fundamentals of adaptive predictive control technique of final dimensions. Based on the data measured on the miniature bearing. internal grinder 3MZ201A / I, the artic1e establishes the mathemetical model of the grinding system and carries out the simulating analysis. Morerwer, it has developed the hardware and software system for second-order CAR model of final dimensions' predictive control with a INTEL 8098CPU as central controller. The results obtained from simulating calculation show that adapting predictive control technique of final dimensions makes the original machining tool to be of certain adaptive abilities and to improve it's machining precision.
