China has its both positive factors and disadvantaged factors in the "10+3" System,which refers to the conference held by the leaders from China,Japan,South Korea and the ten countries in ASEAN.Therefore,the right countermeasures must be taken to defend China’s standing and effect in the cooperation with the countries of ASEAN and East Asia.
