复合氨基酸胶囊提高缺氧耐受力研究 被引量:3

摘要 为观察复合氨基酸胶囊(谷氨酰胺、精氨酸、支链氨基酸)对提高小鼠缺氧耐受力功能的影响,选用3批共132只雌性昆明种小鼠,每批分为低、中、高剂量组和阴性对照组,每组11只,分别灌胃0.42、1.68、2.52gkgBWd-1的受试物和同等量蒸馏水,共30d。实验结束后进行常压耐缺氧实验、急性脑缺血性缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验3项实验。结果表明:与对照组比较,3个剂量组亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间明显延长(P<0.01),1.68、2.52gkgBWd-1剂量组急性脑缺血性耐缺氧时间也明显延长(P<0.05)。在本实验条件下,该复合氨基酸胶囊能提高小鼠缺氧耐受力。 To observe the anti-anoxia effect of amino mixed acids glutamine 43.64 %, arginine 16.14 %, valine 5.95 %, leucine 5.17%, isoleucine 4.76%, 132 Kunming mice were randomly divided into three experimental groups and supplemented with the amino acid mixture at doses of 0.42, 1.68 and 2.52 g/kg BW d^-1 in distilled water by garage for thirty days, while distilled water was given in the control group. At the end of experiment, the survival times after acute brain ischemia depletion of oxygen in breathing aie and sodium nitrite poisoning were measured. It was found that all the three experimental groups showed significant increase in survival time after sodium nitrite poisoning compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the groups with doses of 1.68 and 2.52 g/kg BW d^-1 showed increase in survival time after acute brain ischemia compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05). the results suggest that the amino acid mixture can enhance the animal's capacity of enduring anoxia.
