丽江地震土木结构房屋震害分析

The Damage Analysis of Earth / Wood Structure Houses on Lijiang Earthquake

土木结构是云南省城镇及农村民居普遍采用的结构形式，具有一定抗震性能．丽江地震中，土木结构房屋震害较其他结构形式房屋严重得多．在恢复重建中，既要保持丽江古城的风貌，又必须解决抗震问题．根据当前普通家庭经济承受能力和人们的传统习惯，要完全淘汰土木结构房屋是不可能的，而其抗震问题又必须解决．本文仅从穿斗式木构架房屋的构造特点、震害机理分析，提出一些提高其抗震性能的措施．

At present, the rural buildings in Yunnan province adopt widely earth / wood structure houses, which is one bearing certain earthquake resisting capacity. They suffered heavier damage than other structure buildings on this earthquake. In this paper the damage of through type timber frame houses on earthquake Lijiang county is described, some analyses and suggestions to decrease the earthquake damage are given.
