摘要
本文用α—甲亚磺酰基乙酰苯胺为原料,在盐酸—二甲亚砜和盐酸—1,4一二氧六环两个体系中分别进行了Pummerer重排反应,结果均得到了α/α—二甲硫基乙酰苯胺。初步探讨了该重排反应的可能机理。
α-Methylsulfinyl acetanilide is conveniently converted to α,α-dimethylthio acetanilide by treatment with hydrochloric acid in dimethyl sulfoxide or 1,4-dioxane. The Pummerer reaction mechanism has also been discussed in this paper.
