摘要
本文采用氧化偶联聚合方法,以三溴苯酚为原料,氯仿作溶剂,K_3[Fe(CN)_6]作催化剂,合成聚二溴苯醚阻燃剂。对催化剂用量,碱用量,反应时间等因素进行了研究,得到最佳合成条件。
Poly - dibromophenylene oxide flame retardant was prepared by using oxidative coupling polymerization. In the reaction system ,2.4.6 - tri - bromophenol was polymerized by using K3[Fe(CN)6]as catalyst, CHCl3 as solvent,KOH as reaction medium. The effects of catalyst amount, base amount and reaction time on this polymerization and the best polymerization condition was obtained.
