摘要
本文基于中国统计年鉴和中国教育经费统计年鉴历年数据,用生均教育经费支出、生均预算内教育支出来衡量义务教育投入水平,旨在研究1996年至2002年全国义务教育投入的城乡差异及发展趋势;2002年各地区义务教育投入的城乡差异;2002年各地区义务教育投入的地区差异以及各地区城镇、农村义务教育投入的地区差异。本研究最终揭示了我国义务教育投入在城乡和各地区之间都有很突出的二元化特征。
Based on data provided both in Chinese Statistical Yearbook and in Statistical Yearbook of Chinese Education Funds over the years, this thesis aims to weigh input competency of Chinese compulsory education with average education expenditure and average budgetary education expenditure. Studies conducted in this thesis include: Difference between urban and rural areas of the input of national compulsory education and the developing trend of the input from 1996 to 2002; Difference between urban and rural areas in compulsory education input of each area in 2002 ; Regional disparity of compulsory education input in each area and regional disparity of it in all counties and towns in 2002. This research reveals finally that "dualization" is a characteristic of the input of our national compulsory education in different urban and rural areas.
