论反倾销对对外直接投资的影响及其启示
摘要
反倾销对对外直接投资的影响是一个在国际学术界逐渐引起关注的问题。本文首先建立了一个反倾销对对外直接投资影响的微观模型,并以美国提起的反倾销为例,对反倾销在对外直接投资过程中的影响进行了实证分析,最后从启示的角度对我国实施的反倾销行为所引发的反倾销跳脱对外直接投资问题提出了政策建议。
