按修配法解装配尺寸链的新方法──修配环的“互换性”解法

A NEW METHOD OF SOLVING DIMENSIONAL CHAIN FOR ASSEMBLY ON FITTING ASSEMBLY METHOD ──A SOLVING METHOD WITH "INTERCHANGEABILITY" FOR FITTING LINK

本文充分运用尺寸链理论，分析了按修配法解装配尺寸链的实质是一种特定条件下的互换法，从而总结出一种新的求解方法─修配环的“互换性”解法。使其在尺寸链的计算上将修配法与互换法统一起来，因而弥补了传统方法的不足，并使计算简化，应用更方便。

In this paper, the dimensional chain theorem is used to confirm that the solving dimensional chain for assembly on fitting assembly method is substantially the interchangeable assembly method in the given conditions. Thus, a new solving method-the solving method with' interchangeability' for fitting link is devised. It combines the fitting assembly method with the interchangeable assembly method in calculation of dimensional chain, and it makes up a deficiency of the traiditional method by simplifying calculation and practical application. This is a method of perfection and up to the stardard.
