摘要
本文根据工科非计算机专业计算机基础教学的特点，结合本校实际，提出了综合教学内容、师资队伍建设、实验室建设、教材建设、第二课堂、对外学术交流及现代化管理手段七个方面的配套教改方案，并总结了在本校四年的实践成果。
This paper presents a teaching reform plan according to the characteristics of basic computer teaching for non - computer majors and considering the reality of the university. The plan involves the teaching content,the contingent building of teachers,the construction of the lab,writing the teaching material, the second classroom teaching,the academic exchanges with colleagues of other universiters,and the modern management of the lab. It is a summary of the results of the 4 - year teaching practice in the university.
