摘要
本文研究了高温变形对45、A3钢相结构的影响,并着重研究了这种处理对渗硼的影响规律.结果表明,A3钢的动态再结晶阻力于45号钢;在渗硼时,两种钢渗层层深均随变形度增加而显著增加,且均具有最佳变形度.最后对硼化物生长速度进行计算.
This paper deals with effect of high temperature deformation on 45、A3 structure and emphatically study effect of high temperature deformation on 45、A3 of boriding. Results show steel A3 resistance of dynamic recrystal is bigger than steel 45.High temperature deformation accelerates the diffusion processes of atmos Boron. Therefore it increases the depth of surface layers remarkably. The authors have found the optimum de formation for acceleration of the diffusion of Borons. Growing rate of boride was calculated.
