From the aspect of Taoist soft attitude to life, this article analyses that Taoist culture has a negative effect on the falling of our social public ethic＇ s baseline. We must understand the dialictics in Taoism and guide it correctly, to raise our social public etiic＇ s baseline and serve the foundation of harmonious society.
