Analysis on the Environment Public Interest Suits

环境公益诉讼在发达国家早已形成一种制度。而我国现行的法律框架中并没有体现环境公益诉讼。相反,我国的环境形势决定了建立这种制度的必要性。从环境公益诉讼的基本特点、法律依据浅显地谈谈对我国环境公益诉讼制度构建的基本设想。

Environment public interest suit has already been a legal system in developed countries. However, it does not have a foothold in the present legal framework of China. Incontrast, there is an urgent need for construct the environment public interest suit legal system. In this article, I try to design the environment public interest suit legal system account for its characteristic and environment law.
