摘要 教学评价就是按照一定的价值观对教学过程做出价值判定的过程,评价标准总是建立在价值主体对客观主体的需要的基础之上。从总体上说,课堂教学的价值主体可归结为社会和人两个方面,即它必须满足社会的发展需要和人的发展需要。前者要求课堂教学必须实现教育教学目标,培养用人单位所需要的专业技术能力;后者则要求课堂教学要促进学生个性、情感、态度的发展。这是教学评价的共性点,任何课堂教学都必须满足上述两个方面的要求。根据本科院校的实际经验阐述了本科教学质量评价的基本要求、几种策略及几个重要关系。 Teaching assessment is, in accordance with a certain value standard, to judge the value of one' s teaching course,thus the criteria for judgement is generally based on value body's need for objective body. In general,the value of class teaching comprises man and the society, namely, it should satisfy the requirements of developing both man and the society. The formeo requires'class teaching to realize teaching goal of education and develop students' specialize technique needed by various sections in the society;the latter demands that class teaching enhance the development of students' personality, emotion and attitude. Without doubt, the two aspects mentioned above are essential to teaching assessment,without which any class teaching would lose its value. The authors of this paper, according to practical experience of undergraduate institutes, aim to illustrate the basic requirement, several tactics and several principle relations involved in the quality assessment of undergraduate education.
