大学生实用性价值取向与高校思想政治工作创新

The Personal Value towards Practical Use for College Students and the Innovation of the College Idelogical Work

在市场经济条件下,部分大学生在价值选择上出现了实用性的倾向。实践表明,这种实用性的价值取向一方面可以使大学生形成务实进取之风,与社会的需要相符合,有利于社会的发展;另一方面如果把握不好又会导致人文素质缺失,这对培养社会主义建设者和接班人极为不利。因此,针对大学生实用性价值取向,高校思想政治工作应进行创新。在分析大学生实用性价值取向以及高校思想政治工作创新紧迫性的基础上,探讨了高校思想政治工作创新的依据和措施。

With the development of the marketing economy, some college students intend to focus on the practical use as their personal value. Through practie, it shows that the practical use value can help students get the practical and enterprising spirits which can meet the needs of the society. While on the other hand, if it is not under fully control, it will lead to the loss of the human performance which may damage the cultivation of the constructional talents and successers of the socialism. Therefore, it needs the innovation in the college ideological work towards students＇ personal value of practical use. This article, based on this problem, discusses the basis and the ways to the innovation of the college ideological work.
