提出了加强过程控制与管理的主要内容及措施。指出通过建立健全管理机构和制度、提高指导教师素质、严格选题、重视毕业实习和调研、做好开题、进行中期检查、认真评阅和严格答辩、及时总结等措施,可以有效地提高本科生毕业设计(论文)的质量。

The main content and measures of how to strengthen the control and management during the process o5 guiding the graduates to do their design dissertations are explained in this paper. And it is pointed out that the quality of graduates＇ designs and dissertations can efficiently be improved through those measures such as enhancing teachers＇ qualities, strictly selecting the themes, placing great emphasis on graduate field work and investigation, making good preparations and mid-term check-ups, carefully appraising dissertations and encouraging their active reply in arguments, and timely summing up, etc.
