摘要
目的探讨对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并营养不良患者膳食营养的护理干预效果。方法将60例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并营养不良患者随机分为两组各30例,对研究组的膳食营养进行护理干预,随访1a,对两组干预前后的理想体重百分比、三头肌皮肤皱褶厚度、上臂中部周径、血白蛋白等营养指标及稳定期时间、急性发作次数进行对比分析。结果干预1a后研究组各项营养指标均比对照组显著提高,急性发作次数减少,稳定期明显延长(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并营养不良患者的膳食营养进行护理干预能改善患者的营养状况,延长稳定期,减少急性发作次数,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effects of dietary-nutritional nursing intervention on chronic obstruc- tive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients accompanied by dystrophy on stationary phase. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into research group (n=30) receiving dietary-nutritional nursing intervention and control group (n=30) followed up for one year. Comparative analyses were conducted of ideal weight percentage (IWP), triceps skin draping thickness (TST), midportion circumference of upper arm (MAC), Alebumin (ALB), duration of stationary phase and frequency of acute attack before and after intervention. Results After one year intervention, IWP, TST , MAC and ALB in research group significantly increased, frequency of acute attack reduced and duration of stationary phase prolonged obviously(P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Dietary-nutritional nursing intervention can improve their nutriture, prolong duration of stationary phase and reduce condition , prolong stability period , reduce the frequency of acute attack.
