青铜峡水电站钢筋混凝土蜗壳原型结构试验分析

摘要 水电站的钢筋混凝土蜗壳有着逐渐变化不规则的外形,边界条件复杂,各部份的材料特性(强度、弹模、泊桑比等)又不尽相同,同时在结构计算中因荷我及边界条件的假定和简化又造成一些差异,不同方法所得的结构应力均不大相同,有时和工程实际相差较大,因此有必要通过原型试验来测试蜗壳在实际运行中的真实应力。本文通过对测得的四种工况下蜗壳静动态应力分析以及与有限元计算和光弹性试验成果的对比,对水箱作用进行了分析及探讨,为进一步分析钢筋混凝土蜗壳应力提出了有益的建议。 Reinforced concrete spiral cases, have irregular shapes and complicated boundary conditions so it is very difficult to simplify the structure for computation and structural model tests. Very often, the results obtained with different methods are different and they cannot reflect the real state. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct prototype experiments to abtain the real structural stress for engineering practice. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the static and dynamic stresses of the prototypic spiral case under four different working conditions and comparisons between the experimental results and the calculated results with FEM, some useful suggestions are proposed for further analyses of stresses of reinforced concrete spiral cases.
