摘要
指出了新古典经济增长理论注重资本、劳动力对经济增长的作用，经实践验证不能解释实际的经济增长．根据历史唯物主义的观点，将制度视为经济增长要素，得出了不同于新古典经济增长理论的结论，并用实际增长数据进行了检验。
The newclassical economic growth model takes capital and labour as production factors. It couldn't accord with the demands. This paper makes institution as new factor into production function and gets two new conclusions.
