摘要
为了研究双凸极电机的起动过程,采用了电机转速PI调节与斩单管电流调节的双环控制方法,结合数字控制技术,研究了双凸极电机的全数字起动过程,给出了基于DSP控制的起动系统的硬件与软件设计。通过电机起动过程的转速响应曲线与相电流变化规律的试验结果,验证了双凸极电机的全数字起动控制具有起动时间短、转速响应快、电机性能稳定的优点,对于双凸极电机应用于航空起动/发电系统提供了理论与实践支持。
For the research of the process of starting, the method of double-loop control of PI regulation in speed and chopping single piple in current is confirmed, we study the full digital starting used digital control technology. Then the hardware and software design of starting control system based on DSP in detail is introduced. Experiments results of speed response and the current wave confirm that the full digital starting control system has the excellences of short time of starting, rapid response of speed and steady performance. All of this is usefull for Doubly Salient Electro-magnetic Motor in aero-power starter/generator system.
