Full Rank of Generalized Monotonic Operator

提出两种新算子：拟线性算子、广义单调算子。它们分别是线性算子和单调算子的推广，讨论了这两种算子的基本性质。

In this paper, we propose two kinds of operator, quasi linear operator and generalized monotonic operator, which are generalization of linear operator and monotonic operator respectively. We discuss their some basic properties and prove the full rank of generalized monotonic operator.
