摘要
员工与企业的心理契约主要包括两方面的内容:一是员工认为组织的责任,二是员工认为他们自己的责任。企业购并是“两组市场契约的整合”过程,这个过程必然会导致一定契约的破坏、修改和重建,对于购并双方的员工都会产生巨大的心理冲击。因此,企业必须采取相应的办法和措施,消除员工的不信任感,建立良好的沟通渠道,重建员工的心理契约。
The psychological contract of employees and enterprises includes the following two contents: one is the belief of the employees that organizations have their responsibilities;the other is their belief on the responsibilities of their own. Merger and amalgamation of enterprises is the process of "contract synergy of two groups of markets" which leads to destruction,modification and reconstruction of the original contracts,and has great psychological impact on the employees of both sides. Therefore, enterprises must take effective measures to expel the feeling of distrust of employees,and set up favorable communication channels to help reconstruct the psychological contract of employees.
