摘要
在普通高校教学评估中,由于办学特色缺乏具体标准,致使评估专家“不透明”评估,被评学校“模糊”建设,影响了高校创建办学特色的效果。文章对“特色项目”内涵进行了解读,对参评院校如何把握和鉴定“特色项目”进行了分析和建议,旨在为高校办学特色的评估与建设提供参考。
In the teaching appraisal of ordinary university and college, the lack of specific standards of school feature results in the appraisal specialists' opaque rating and the rated schools' indistinct construction. As a result, it hinders the establishment of school features. On the basis of the analysis of the contents of the characteristic items, the essay puts forward some suggestions on how to grasp and appraise the essence of the characteristic items for reference.
