The Cultivation of the Students’ Psychological Quality in College PE Teaching

针对高校学生的心理特征,利用体育运动的特性,运用体育教学的特点,对如何培养学生的心理素质进行了探索、分析,并结合部分学生心理出现的各种不稳定情绪从而产生的心理障碍进行正确的体育疗法,以促进大学生的身心健康发展。

Based on the psychological features of college students, the essay probes into and analyzes now to cultivate the students＇ psychological characteristics by applying the features of sports and PE teaching. It proposes correct sports remedy for the psychological hinder caused by various unstable temper so as to advance college students＇ development in both body and mind.
