摘要
双歧杆菌为人体肠道内固有菌群,它对维持人体健康起着非常重要的作用。近来的研究发现,双歧杆菌除具有一般的益生作用之外,双歧杆菌自身还具有很强的抗肿瘤作用,同时双歧杆菌是厌氧菌,没有致病性,能选择性地富集到肿瘤组织的无氧区,因此,可以作为一种很好的肿瘤基因治疗载体。从双歧杆菌自身的抗肿瘤机制和双歧杆菌作为肿瘤基因治疗载体的研究现状2个方面对双歧杆菌用于肿瘤治疗方面的研究展开综述。
Bifidobacterium is an inherent intestinal flora of human body; it plays a major role in maintaining human body in good condition, Recent studies have showed that Bifidobacterium have a very strong anti-tumor function besides of general probiotic functions; meanwhile, Bifidobacterium is anaerobic and nonpathogenic, and it can selectively localize and proliferate in hypoxic tumors, so Bifidobacterium can be used as highly specific gene delivery vectors for cancer gene therapy. In this article, the developments of antitumor mechanism of Bifidobacterium itself and Bifidobaaerium used as gene delivery vectors for tumor therapy will be reviewed,
