骨髓造血干细胞输注诱导同种异体肾移植受者免疫耐受的研究进展
Recent advance in effect of haemopoietic stem cell infusion on inducing immunotolerance of kidney allotransplantation
摘要
诱导器官移植受者免疫耐受是目前科学发展的前沿问题。本文作者概述了骨髓造血干细胞输注诱导肾移植受者产生嵌合体及免疫耐受研究发展过程,并对造血干细胞移植诱导肾移植受者免疫耐受机制的研究进展做一综述。
