炭粉作造孔剂制备工艺对多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷性能的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Preparation Technology with Carbon Powder as Pore Producer On Properties of Porous Hydroxyapatite Bioceramics

摘要 以炭粉作造孔剂,制备了孔径在50 nm^1mm的多孔羟基磷灰石陶瓷。运用TG-DTA、SEM等测试手段对产品的微观形貌、力学性能进行了测试分析,并对烧结温度、炭粉加入量等这些影响陶瓷性能的工艺参数进行了研究。 The porous hydroxyapatite bioceramics was prepared with carbon powder as pore producer and the pore size was 50 nm- 1 nm. XRD and SEM were used to test and characterize topograph and mechanical properties of porous ceramics. Some technology parameters, such as sintering temperature, contents of carbon powder and so on, which affect the properties of the porous ceramics were studied.
