摘要
分析了熔融堆积成形(FDM)工艺中挤出丝材的温度随时间、路径的变化规律,通过对丝材物理模型的合理假设,建立了挤出丝材温度场的数学模型,并根据Stratasys商用机FDM2000所使用的ABS-P400丝材的热学参数,结合聚合物的粘结机理,验证了模型的合理性.
This article analyzed the change rules of bonding temperature of extruded fibers with deposition time and deposition path in the process of fused deposition modeling (FDM). Through reasonable hypotheses to the physical conditions of depositing fibers, the mathematic model of fiber's temperature field was founded. Using the thermal parameters of Stratasys's filament named ABS-P400, combining the polymer adhesive theory and comparing simulated data with experimental result, the mathematic model is proved correct.
