摘要
以4,4′-二氨基二苯砜、偏苯三酸酐和过量1,4-丁二醇为原料合成了一种含有酰亚胺基团的二醇,并以此二醇为扩链剂,用预聚体法合成了一种酰亚胺改性的聚氨酯弹性体.利用红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析、热失重及动态热机械分析等方法进行了表征.结果表明,酰亚胺改性的聚氨酯弹性体有较高的耐热性和力学性能.
A kind of glycol containing imide function was synthesized from trimellitic anhydride, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl suphone and 1,4-butanediol. Linear imide-modified polyurethane was prepared using the obtained imide-containing glycol by the way of prepolymerization, which is characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA). The results show that the imide-modified polyurethane elastomer has higher degree of microseperation, better thermal resistance and mechanical properties than conventional polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer chain-extended by 1,4-butanediol.
