摘要
在优良种源、林分和优良单株选择及建立基因库的基础上,进行了种源间和种间杂交,杂交无性系繁育和测定,从而选育出10个山杨杂交新品系。研究结果证明,所选育出的A、1333、R、东二、AA、欧山、1134、1132、银×山和X等10个山杨杂交新品系都具有显著的遗传增益,其H生长与一般山杨基本一致,D1,3生长较一般山杨高50.96%,V生长较一般山杨高127.53%。这10个山杨杂交新品系均能适应小兴安岭山地的生态环境,尤其是优选出的A、1333、R和东二等4个最佳杂交品系,具有极显著的遗传增益。
On the establishment gene breeding and test, basis of fine seedling source, standing forest, fine individual selection and pool; we studied interspecific hybridization, thus breeding 10 Populus davidiana hybrid hybridization of seed source, clone new strains. The results show that A, Populus alba × Populus davidiana CL. ' 1333', R, East - two, AA, Populus trernula L. Populus davldian Dode × ( Populus alba× Populus davidiana ) CL. ' 1132 , Populus alba × Populus davidiana and X all have the markable heredity; moreover; the growth of height is same as the ordinary Populus davidiana, the growth of diameter is thicker than ordinary Populusdavidiana 50.96 % ; the growth of volume is bigger than ordinary Populus davidiana 127. 596 . The 10 Populus davidiana Hybrid new strains all can be suitable to the ecological environment of Xiaoxing'an mountainous region, besides, A, Populus alba× Populus davidiana CL. '1333', R and East - two that have the extremely remark heredity gain are the better.
