深圳特区不同婚姻状况人群的自测健康研究

Study on Self-rated Health Condition of Different Marital Status Population in Shenzhen City

目的了解深圳特区不同婚姻状况人群的自测健康状况。方法应用自测健康评量表(SRHMS V1.0)对深圳特区居民5 940名个体进行现场测试。结果深圳特区不同婚姻状况人群的SRHMS V1.0总分存在非常显著差异(P<0.01),未婚的分值最高,丧偶最低;不同婚姻状况人群的生理健康子量表分、心理健康子量表分、社会健康子量表分均存在非常显著差异(P<0.01),其中生理健康分值、社会健康分值以未婚最高,心理健康则以已婚最高;丧偶人群的三方面的分值均最低,其次为离婚人群。结论深圳特区居民的婚姻状况与其自测健康相关,其中未婚人群的健康状况最好,丧偶人群最差,离婚人群仅次于丧偶人群。

Objective To find out the status of self - rated health condition among the different marital status population in Shenzhen City. Methods A total of 5,940 individuals were received SRHMS V1. 0 assessment. Results Total score of the SRHMS V1. 0 of different marital status population showed significantly difference（P〈 0.01 ）, the unmarried singles had the highest scores while the bereaved spouse lowest. Highly significant differences were noted in scores of the physical health subscale, psychological health subscale and the social health subscale among different marital status （P〈 0.01 ） ; the physical health and social health subscores were the highest in the unmarried singles, but the psychological health subscore was the highest among the married; and the bereaved spouse had all the lowest 3 subscores and the divorced were the second. Conclusions The marital status is correlated to their self- rated health subscores,and the health status of the unmarried singles is relatively better; and the bereaved spouse was the lowest, the divorced just only better than the bereaved spouse.
