摘要
首先把分形编码中的变换方法引入传统的运动补偿预测算法中;并进一步提出一种图象序列正交树自适应分块分形压缩编码新方法,用于三维图象块的编码,得到了令人满意的结果。
A new image sequence compressing coding based on fractal theory is introduced, of which the sequence is adaptively partitioned using quad-tree data structure,which overcomes the shortcomings resulted from the conventional motion compensation predictive technique. The fractal coding introduced is to remove spatial redundancy, the motion compensation predictive coding exploited is to remove temporal redundancy.
